After Bedtime Stories is Oakland’s best narrative short-form improv comedy show! Each performance offers a fresh take on a classic tale through thematically re-skinned games. The cast has performed improvised variants based on Alice in Wonderland, The Grinch, Die Hard, and Shrek to name a few.

After Bedtime Stories is produced by Salvatore Testa, who has performed for over a decade on house teams with All Out Comedy and Endgames Improv. He has produced and co-produced a variety of improv shows, including Night School (Armando-style long form), Machete Cats Can’t Even Break The Internet: You Won’t Believe What Happens Next (short form), The Understudies (narrative long form), Durngeons 'n Dorgans (semi-immersive, narrative short form), and The Laboratory (variety bit show).

📍 Practices are Tuesdays 7 - 9 p.m. at Ashby Ave. & College Ave. in Berkeley.

🎭 Shows are part of the All Out Comedy's First Friday line-up (8 p.m. in March, and 7 p.m. April and going forward)

💵 Monthly dues are calculated by practice space + coach (minus profits from show, if any) evenly split among the team. The range so far has been between $20-$60/month per person.
