"Out Of Character" Workshop with Gillian Bellinger
IMG_4284_pp.jpg

Out of Character- We all hear coaches, teachers and actors talk about character, but what does that mean? How does one build a character, become a character, stick to a character, what actually is a character? This 3 hour workshop will define what character means and add tools to your toolbox to create characters, sustain characters, and build scene "Out of Character". Taught by visiting teacher, Gillian Bellinger (Second City Hollywood faculty, I.O., Annoyance, and Westside Comedy).

GILLIAN BIO-Gillian Bellinger is an improviser, teacher, and corporate workshop facilitator. She is currently on faculty at The Second City Hollywood, Intentional Acting Studio, and Westside Comedy Theater. She studied improv in Chicago at The Second City, I.O. Theater, and The Annoyance Theater. Gillian is very fancy and attended The London Academy of Theatre and The National Theater Institute. She's played for Second City House teams in LA and Chicago, ComedySportz Chicago and Minneapolis, the Del Tones at I.O. West, and can currently be seen in her Second City Premium show Trump in Space. Her personal website is www.gillianbellinger.com.
